Privacy policy.
We sell privacy — so we hold ourselves to the standard we sell. This page explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

Who we are
Safe House Privacy LLC (“we,” “us”) is a security and digital-privacy company at 1303 Enterprise Ct, Suite B, Bel Air, MD 21014, serving Baltimore and Central Maryland. You can reach us at staff@safehouseprivacy.com or 443-808-0745.
What we collect on this website
This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social-media pixels. We measure page traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate — it does not identify or track you across sites. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through the consultation form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
The form is processed by Formspree, Inc., which delivers your message to our inbox. Formspree acts as a processor on our behalf; its handling of the data is governed by its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
We use your inquiry for exactly one purpose: to respond to it. We do not add you to marketing lists, we do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above or where the law requires it.
Consultations and client work
Anything you tell us about your property, systems, or security concerns — before or after becoming a client — is treated as confidential. We do not publish client names or engagement details without written permission.
Camera footage and installed systems
Systems we install record for you, not for us. Footage belongs to the client, access is limited to the people the client authorizes, and systems are configured with secure, encrypted access. Retention periods are determined by the client, guided by the client’s own policies and the laws applicable in the client’s location. Any sharing (for example, with law enforcement at a community’s request) is governed by your service agreement and, for neighborhood networks, the association’s own governance rules.
Retention
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records afterward. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email staff@safehouseprivacy.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. We will not weaken the commitments above without saying so plainly.
